How To Install Floating Floor?

Start working from right to left and start by placing the planks with tongue side facing the wall. Use hammering block to gently tap pieces into place.

  1. Continue installing planks: to ensure close fitting seam when installing the last plank, place a piece against the wall. After installation of several rows, make sure that flooring is straight and a gap of ¼ inch is maintained.

  2. Cut down around the door jambs and obstructions: trace the outline of the template onto a plank. Finish the edges carefully wedging the cut piece in place, and then you can install the last row.
